It is the desire of KNC to develop an excellent and lasting relationship with its customers. To that end the following store policies apply:
CUSTOM WEARABLES AND HANDCRAFTS: a 25% deposit is required on all custom and commissioned order to cover the cost of materials. Returns on custom items are store credit only.
SHIPPING: Items are shipped within 10 days of days of receiving payment for handcrafted items, and usually less. Non-handcrafted gift items are shipped within 3 days or less of receiving payment through PayPal. Shipping to the US USPS Priority Mail, although other USPS options are always available, as well as UPS and FedEx. Shipping is weight-based for most items unless otherwise noted in the listing. I am working on my shipping tables on eCrater, so If you do not see a total for your zone or are uncertain please e-mail me. As a buyer myself I try very much to be accomodating when it comes to shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Items are shipped generally through Global Priority or Airmail Parcel Post, whichever is most expeditious and reasonable. Other shipping methods are available at the buyer's request and expense. If you do not see a rate for your country please e-mail me. I am in the process of updating my rate tables here on eCrater.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES: Combined shipping is always available for both KNC auction sites and stores. If you are purchasing more than one item please contact me for a combined rate before purchase.
PAYMENT: PayPal is the preferred method of payment, although money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (items shipped when check clears) are also welcome.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted within a 14-day period after items is received. Great care is taken to ensure that your garment arrives in perfect condition. Returned garments must be returned in the same perfect condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
GIFT SERVICES: Will be available in the near future.
